Collaborate with project management and technical teams to assess the feasibility of proposed HVAC solutions. Conduct thorough site assessments to gather essential data for engineering accurate HVAC plans. Design, develop engineering plans for commercial HVAC systems that prioritize energy efficiency, functionality, and compliance. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, offering insights into the selection of appropriate HVAC equipment and materials. Optimize HVAC designs to balance performance, cost-effectiveness, and environmental considerations. Perform load calculation and simulations to determine HVAC system requirements based on building size, occupancy, and usage patterns. Utilize software tools and simulations to model and analyze HVAC system performance under different conditions. Ensure that all HVAC designs adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with external partners, such as architects, contractors, and clients, to facilitate smooth project execution. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HVAC engineering. Qualification and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer with a focus on commercial projects. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in HVAC design software and simulation tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
